All cases from the research.
During the Start 2 Reuse Insulation research (2024-2026), a total of 67 cases were collected from Flanders and the Netherlands. Some were dismantled with and by the project team, but many cases were also dismantled by partners and delivered or sent to the UGent or Buildwise lab.
Test samples were taken from all case studies and examined in the lab to determine the remaining technical performance. In addition, each case shows the proposed performance values for reuse, based on the guidelines in our digital tool. These are guide values based on the research as a whole, not the actual measured values of the individual cases.
You can find the cases where the project team carried out the dismantling itself, or was closely involved, via the tag 'Dismantling'.
You can filter the example cases of a reuse application through our research via the tag 'Reintegration'.
